The people4ponies organisation was founded in 2003 in order to support and rehabilitate a large group of wild and traumatised ponies. It is run by volunteers and funded by their generosity, money-raising events, merchandise sales, pony sponsorship and donations. The centre of operations is at Horseford Farm in North Devon, where at any one time there are a number of ponies being rehabilitated. They are educated to the point where they can be re-homed. The methods used are non-confrontational and innovative and the pony/human relationship is constantly being explored and re-evaluated for mutual benefit. If you would like to come and visit us to see the ponies, or maybe to sponsor a pony, make a donation, or stay in our farmhouse Bed & Breakfast accommodation, please contact us for more information.
