I have been arranging flowers since the age of 10 when I helped my Mother with flowers for Royal Ascot Races, Windsor and Goodwood.
Since then I have done many weddings, several flower festivals, private events and parties and of course, sadly funerals as well. You can see some of my work in the portfolio section.
Last year I delivered a large coffin spray for family to a local Funeral Director who complimented me on "a fabulous arrangement". In passing I asked how much he would charge for something similar. I was stunned. His prices started from £300 and could be as much as £500 or more for special colours, themes or particular flowers ! I work from home and can use seasonal flowers, or even your own garden flowers to achieve stunning arrangements at reasonable prices. No one wants to be seen as "tight", but lovely flowers need not run in to £100s !!
