I recently needed to travel from Barnstaple to Bristol Airport but found getting to Bristol Airport by public transport not easy and Bristol Airport car parking expensive so I researched other ways of getting to Bristol Airport.
I eventually decided to travel by car to Weston Super Mare and then the Weston Flyer coach to Bristol Airport (Stand 23).
The route was so easy and cheap that I am putting the details on this webpage so that others may find it useful.
I travelled light with only flight cabin luggage. A lot of luggage would be more difficult because of 130 metres walk from public carpark to Weston Flyer bus and lots of steps from Stand 23 to Departures at Bristol Airport (150 metres).
