Our wool comes from our milking sheep, and our Shetland flock. From time to time we produce organic lamb, mutton and beef.
We sell direct from Barnstaple Pannier Market on Tuesdays & Fridays; Ilfracombe Farmers Market on the 1st Saturday of the month; and Braunton Farmers Market on the 4th Saturday of the month.

Ostlers Natural Cider Vinegar made from home grown Apples to Traditional Methods.
Ostlers is one of the few orchards where the whole process is done naturally, It takes 1 year to make cider, and then a further 3 years to make the vinegar, it is a continual tasting and blending, checking how the fermentation is, if its finished, some tanks ferment earlier and some later.
Our apple cider vinegar is unpasteurised and raw. Non-pasteurised is literally alive. It is cloudy as it has the 'mother' in it. Many people believe that an unpasteurised Cider Vinegar has health giving properties. Pasteurised vinegar is typically clear, which means it has been boiled.

A Bit of History.
Great food in a great place
In 2016 Willow's was created by the Mother and Daughter team, Sue and Carrie, named after their beloved dog Willow, whose picture can still be found in the tea room.
From a former Post Office Sue and Carrie created a quintessential Tea Room, serving incredible cakes, soups and breakfast accompanied by delicious specially selected coffee.
In 2021 the reins were taken over by the husband and wife partnership of Cameron and Lorri, under the watchful eye of Oreo.
